The Master List of Email Delivery Terminology

October 2, 2014 Andrew Sullivan

When starting to learn more about email delivery and best practices, not knowing can slow you down if you don’t fully understand them.

We got to work and compiled a list of email terms in our eBook, The Master List of Email Delivery Terminology, that we believe are need to know. Enclosed in this first edition are terms you’ll find throughout our website, blog, Deliverability.com and other great email service providers. This document can be used as a reference guide if you ever come across a topic you aren’t familiar with.

Inside, you’ll find definitions for simple terms like ‘click’ or ‘spam’, as well as descriptions of industry standards and rules like DMARC, SPF, and DKIM.
